As Vice President of Engineering and Product Development, Dr. Wolfgang Fritz leads the engineering department of the North American operations for Schletter Inc. more ..
After receiving his Ph.D. from the University of Arizona and prior to joining Schletter, Dr. Fritz worked for 6 years as an engineering consultant, mainly on infrastructure development projects. He coordinates and performs all engineering design aspects of the solar mounting systems Schletter manufactures — ranging from small residential systems to large commercial roof mounted and utility-scale ground mounted power plants. Additionally, he holds professional engineering licenses in numerous states, is a member of the Civil Engineering Exam Development Committee with NCEES, and serves on various national and international committees related to solar energy system design and installation.

In 2008, Ryan Kelly began working for Schletter as one of the initial employees of the US operations. Over the last 9 years, he has been Engineering Manager, General Manager of Schletter Canada and now assumes the position of Vice President of Sales Operations in North America. more ..
Ryan’s involvement in the design and integration of solar to residential, commercial and utility scale installations has given him a broad knowledge base on the processes and pitfalls necessary to bring a project to fruition. His strong background in process design in the manufacturing sector provides a focus on improving efficiency and lowering soft costs not only from a manufacturing standpoint but also from a project deployment and logistical vantage.
